NEET Online Application Form 2019: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET-UG entrance exam will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). NEET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Dear students before applying for this entrance exam, you must check the eligibility criteria. Student’s minimum age should be 17 years.  Maximum age limit is 25 years.

Attempt Limit: As per the CBSE rules, candidates can apply for 3 times.

Candidates from states Andhra Pradesh, Telangana,  J & K are not eligible for 15 % all India quota seats. NEET EXAM 2019 Education Qualification

Dear student’s education qualification required for NEET 2019 is one should pass 12 class by subjects physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology with English. Minimum marks in PCB for general candidates is 50 %, for sc/ st is 40 %, for ph candidates 45% required.

NEET Online Application Form 2019

Candidates can apply for the exam by visiting official website provided by NTA that is www.nta.ac.in.  The expected date of NEET 2019 Examination is 10th May 2019 and the Application Form will be out in the month of January 2019. Select category among UR, SC, ST, OBC-NCL

DATE OF BIRTH as per Aadhaar card

Gender

Nationality- options provided such as Indian, NRI, PIO, foreign.

State eligibility- students belong to Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, j & k. they are not eligible for 15 % all India quota seats as these states opt out of India scheme since its inception.  To appear for the exam they need to fill the declaration which will be generated automatically with a confirmation page that will help during counseling.

Identification number such as Aadhaar, passport, registration number issued by CBSE facilitation center, passport, ration card, bank account, etc.

Mobile number – student will receive OTP message on this number for final submission of the form and for future communication from the board.

After this Security pin will appear on the screen

 

The next screen is for who have appeared previously in AIPMT and NEET. If the student clicks on yes, then they have to enter a number of times they appeared for the exam. If they select no, they can go further.

After this click on next and preview. This will preview the details you have filled. recheck and click on next.

It will send One Time Password to your mobile by the message and also in email id. You need to enter that number in dialogue box

Candidates have to create a new password. it must be of 8 to 13-characters long

CONGRATULATION, FIRST STEP COMPLETED.

Now, note down the registration number carefully

Now proceed to click on continue option to fill the form.

  3. Marks obtained in class x if it is in grade multiply it with 9.5 x CGPA. If not enter the percentage

  5. Qualifying examination code
  6. Details of marks of qualifying exams
  7. Fill the residential address,

Along with house, locality, landmark, district, zip code, landline number. , father’s and mother qualification, occupation, annual income.

After this click on preview and submit. The student will get a message on the screen. If all of the information is correct press final submit button.

Next step is to upload images student’s photograph and signature. Size of 10 kb and 100 kb. Signature of 3 kb and 20 kb. When you click on upload button, you will see login page, enter registration password and id

Proceed to payment mode

Students can pay with any debit/credit card using online gateway.

Net banking/ UPI, E-wallet. after this confirmation page is generated. submission of more than one application form can cancel the registration. After payment form is submitted.

 

HOW TO MAKE CORRECTION IN APPLICATION FORM?

The student fills the form through online mode. There is no offline mode. Candidate should check the form carefully after they fill the form because, in case of mistakes, no changes will be allowed after the form is submitted. You need not panic!!!! Because the board will provide ONE TIME CORRECTION OPPORTUNITY to the students to make a correction in the data in some particulars. This will be possible in some data only like

Identification date of birth, gender, gender, disability status, state code of eligibility, the medium of question paper. For the correction facility, students visit the official website during the correction. Students will not get a second chance for the correction.

Candidates who have uploaded the wrong photograph, signature they will be informed by CBSE through an email and SMS. They will upload these documents again by log into the application portal. They have to upload the document in 3 days. This is the way you can make a correction.

After correction students instructed to print the correction slip and save it for future records. If in case of correction in the category, if the additional fee payable, the fee will be remitted through debit/ credit/ net banking during given period.
